Andrew and Samantha had the most elegant St. Louis fall wedding.  Their ceremony was held in the natural beauty of the Missouri Botanical Gardens and their reception was a perfect evening at the Muny Pavillion.  The blue chevron, bean bag toss game was crafted by Andrew himself, and the guests were treated to the couple's own band of wine. The band was a hit with their throwback, vintage style. Andrew and Samantha couldn't have been more hospitable or beautiful.  Surrounded by their friends and family they toasted their first day as a married couple.  I was blessed to be there to capture their commitment and celebration.Andrew_Samantha1 Andrew_Samantha2Andrew_Samantha6 Andrew_Samantha8 Andrew_Samantha36Andrew_Samantha12Andrew_Samantha11Andrew_Samantha10Andrew_Samantha16Andrew_Samantha15 Andrew_Samantha23Andrew_Samantha18 Andrew_Samantha19 Andrew_Samantha26 Andrew_Samantha31 Andrew_Samantha21Andrew_Samantha41 Andrew_Samantha39Andrew_Samantha37 Andrew_Samantha38 13 4 Andrew_Samantha45 Andrew_Samantha44Andrew_Samantha55Andrew_Samantha46 Andrew_Samantha49 Andrew_Samantha52Andrew_Samantha56 Andrew_Samantha53 Andrew_Samantha54 Andrew_Samantha47 Andrew_Samantha48

We are thrilled and excited to be shooting Sam and Liz's St. Louis Wedding next fall.  This week we met up at the Missouri Botanical Gardens to shoot part one of their beautiful, winter, engagement session.  Here are some of the favorites. Sam_Liz Engagement1aSam_Liz Engagement3 Sam_Liz Engagement4 Sam_Liz Engagement5 Sam_Liz Engagement6 Sam_Liz Engagement7Sam_Liz Engagement9 Sam_Liz Engagement8
The morning of Stephen and Laura's wedding, we wished and prayed for the sun shine as rain came down in torrents.  The highway was at a standstill because we couldn't see 10 feet in front of the car.  But Laura and never stopped smiling.  She was the picture of calm with no doubt her wedding day would be perfect.  By the time we got to the gardens, there was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds.  That's what Tim and I call "wedding sky".  At the garden, the flowers were bright and beautiful, thankful for their morning drink.  The sun shown and bees and butterflies danced around the blooms.  We even saw a small garden snake basking in the afternoon sun.  It was the perfect spring wedding, and the day went off as if the rain had never happened. To see more of our favorites from Stephen and Laura's wedding see our Facebook page!
