It has been a long, devouring gray kind of winter here in this city I love. But we broke through with our first engagement of the spring, on a perfect sunny day. Haley’s Iced Mango dress, a Pantone color for 2019, was the perfect accent for this bright occasion. The couples connection to Concordia Seminary made it the perfect backdrop for our shoot. Their genuine love and laughter really came through as we cheered the warmth of spring.
Korey and Aany’s lifestyle engagement took us to one of the favorite corners of St. Louis, on an unseasonably warm day in March. They were at home in some of their regular places, honest and comfortable together they strolled through the beautiful Central West End, perusing the shelves of Left Bank Books and getting a treat at Jeni’s ice cream parlor.
I can’t say enough about the warmth and joy of this fantastic couple. Nina and Orie both serve as St. Louis City police officers and I am grateful for their dedication and all they do to serve our amazing city. They have been genuine and kind, considerate and fun, from the first time we met. The love and commitment they have to each other is a lovely thing to witness. I can’t wait to show off their wedding photos! Orie and Nina are beautiful on the inside and out and it has been a pleasure being their photographer.

Jamie and Andrea met in the middle of Dogtown so that was the perfect setting for their Engagement session. It was clear that this place had meaning to them. Here a are a few of my favorite shots so you can see what I mean! We are looking forward to photographing their wedding this September!
A beautiful St. Louis evening for engagement photos with Michael and Kayla. Be looking for their St. Louis wedding later this year!
