Honoring Family History: A Wedding at The Noble

Monica and Jeff were married on a hot day in June. They day was playful and full of happy tears, as vowed to stay best friends, and continue to devote themselves to being a family. The cake and flowers were gifts from family members, and their little bottles of their favorite hot sauce were given out as favors. The Noble has become of my favorite wedding venues in St. Louis. With it’s impeccable light, and brilliant architecture, it provides a myriad of backdrops for the whole wedding day. The art deco charm tied into the elegant feel of the floral arrangements and table decor. Monica and Jeff chose the the…

  • The Best of 2022

It may seem like it is a little late for a “Best of 2022” post, but it is not. Sometimes it takes me a month to rest and reflect on the million miles an hour the past year has been. January was filled with celebrations and challenges alike. This winter has been a season to recover and regroup. • St. Louis Wedding Photographer – Eric and Katie – 9th Street Abbey

Can I tell you how much I love that jewel tones are back for fall weddings? Eric and Katie designed a gorgeous wedding and brought in some of our favorite friendors to make it all happen. Flowers and Weeds put together the most amazing bouquets and and table arrangements, and 9th Street Abbey was on the their game with making the whole day seamless and beautiful. One of my favorite discoveries, was the Soulard Steelyard Apartments. Fashioned from its previous industrial roots, it is a beautifully rehabbed old steel factory. It made the perfect backdrop for Katie and the bridal party to getting ready. Katie has a first look with…

Cincinnati Wedding Photography – Gabe + Hannah – The Heritage Club

I love getting to photograph new cities. Seeing a landscape and regional charm with fresh eyes, makes for inspiring shots. It was a delight to capture Gabe and Hannah’s wedding in their hometown of Cincinnati. I had the pleasure of meeting all their friends and family, who were so warm and generous. The weekend was the perfect transition from summer to fall and the Heritage Club was stunning with its classic scenery and elegant event spaces. Cincinnati reminded me more than a bit of St. Louis with the rivers and midwest hospitality. It was a beautiful weekend. Here are some of my favorite shots! Wedding Ceremony ~ St. Maximilian Kolbe…
